How long will my order take?
Engagement & Wedding Ring Orders: Engagement rings take up to 8 - 12 weeks to complete and send out. Generally 8 weeks is a pretty good amount of time but sometimes we encounter hold ups and need to drag it out. Due to availability of stones varying it may take longer but we will always notify you via email if this is the case. This period starts from either date of deposit paid OR once the design is finalised 100%. If you decide on a design and size and 2 weeks later you decide you want something else we start all over again. If you want your engagement ring for a certain date please discuss this with Lani BEFORE the order has begun. We advise holding off on planning any proposals, engagement party's etc until the ring is finished, in your hand.
Stone-set rings & pendants: 5 weeks
Signets & pendants: 5 weeks
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Please make sure your postal address is correct on your PayPal account and your Windfall account, this is very important! We will not be able to compensate you for an item sent to an incorrect address via your account information.
Domestic Shipments:
We use AusPost Express with signature required on delivery which provides peace of mind knowing your parcel is completely trackable and requires signature on delivery. In purchasing through our web store you are giving Windfall Jewellery Pty Ltd permission to share your personal information with Australia post and their courier network for the sole purpose of delivery and providing you with tracking information only. If you have any questions or issues around this, please be sure to contact us prior to placing your order through the website.
Once your order is finished being made, paid for and ready for shipping, it will be shipped on the following business day. Once your item has been lodged in our shipping system, you will receive a tracking number via email from us and you will be able to track your parcel here.
AusPost Express has a 2 business day delivery **guarantee within Australia within Metropolitan areas.
If you live outside the Metro zone, delivery can take a few extra business days for delivery.
If you desire to have your parcel sent via an alternative courier service unrelatetd to AusPost, please contact info@windfalljewellery.com and we can arrange alternative express shipment through DHL express for you, or any courier service of your choosing at your own cost.
International Shipments:
We use AustraliaPost to send our parcels whom then partner with your local post service within your country.
If you desire to have your parcel sent via an alternative international courier service unrelated to the standard post system, please contact jess@windfalljewellery.com and we can arrange alternative express shipment through DHL express for you, or any courier service of your choosing at your own cost.
International orders may be subjected to local taxes or duties and by purchasing your order you are accepting responsibility of these if they are charged to you. Windfall Jewellery unfortunately has no control over these charges and are not liable to cover the costs of these charges on your behalf.
